Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Bathtub Tile Refinisher/Reglazer Sprayer
We are located in Bowie, MD. The Refinisher will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying reglazing materials, and using spray equipment to refinish bathtubs, tiles, and other surfaces. The role also includes ensuring proper care and cleaning of tools, maintaining safe practices, and ensuring a professional finish for all projects.
Qualifications: Would prefer experienced applicant, but would consider training spray painter from a different job type.
Ability to perform surface preparation, such as cleaning, sanding, and masking, with high attention to detail
Proficiency in handling and using spraying equipment for refinishing purposes
Knowledge in the use and handling of chemicals, paints, and coating materials
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Good communication and customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
Prior experience in refinishing or painting is preferred but not required
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow safety guidelines
